A large portion of the Personal Information we, or third parties acting on our behalf, collect is collected directly from our users and others who provide their Personal Information to us directly. Directly from You

We, or third parties acting on our behalf, may collect Personal Information about you from third parties, such as our service providers, the college on whose behalf you access, use, or interact with the Service, or others that refer you to us (collectively, “Third Party Sources”).We, or third parties acting on our behalf, may combine the content and information we, or third parties acting on our behalf, receive from Third Party Sources with any information we, or third parties acting on our behalf, obtain about you in connection with the Service.

HOW WE COLLECT USAGE DATA

We, and third parties acting on our behalf, collect Usage Data in a variety of ways. Some Usage Data, such as the IP address of a device attempting to access, use or interact with the Service, is necessary for us to make certain portions of the Service available. The information will be used for the purposes of evaluating the Service, compiling reports on activity on the Service for our use and providing other services relating to activity on, and usage of, the Service.     • Wordfence WordPress Security Plugin (“Wordfence Plugin”), a security tool provided by Defiant, Inc. (“Defiant”), that assists us in protecting the security of the Service. The Wordfence Plugin collects and provides us with certain information about each device that connects to the Services, including, without limitation, the device’s IP address, information to determine if the device is mobile or desktop, and information which can be used to determine the source of the request to access the Service. The Wordfence Plugin may collect IP addresses that are considered to be highly malicious and transmit those IP addresses to Defiant for monitoring, review, and preventing access to websites and online applications, including, without limitation, the Service. The Wordfence Plugin may also place cookies on your device to aid in various features. Defiant’s practices with respect to Personal Information and Usage Data collected through the Wordfence Plugin are covered by Defiant’s privacy policy, available at https://www.wordfence.com/privacy-policy/. Please note, we have not yet developed a response to browser “Do Not Track” signals, and do not change any of our data collection practices when we receive such signals. We will continue to evaluate potential responses to “Do Not Track” signals in light of industry developments or legal changes.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use Personal Information for various purposes to operate and improve the Service and to conduct our related business operations.
